We do not store full payment card numbers.

1) Acceptance of terms

By using our website, purchasing products, enrolling in Christian coaching programs, or using any services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2) Definitions

• Services: our website, courses, digital downloads, memberships, coaching, events, and communities.

• Digital Products: online courses, downloads, workbooks, templates, replays, and similar items.

• Coaching: Christian life coaching services, group or 1:1.

3) Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or purchase. You are responsible for your login and all activity under your account.

4) Purchases, billing & taxes

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. You authorize us/our processors to charge your payment method for purchases, applicable taxes, and any subscription renewals.

5) Access license (digital products)

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Digital Product for your own use, subject to any stated access period. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute content without written permission.

6) Coaching services (important)

Coaching provides education, encouragement, accountability, and faith-based tools. It is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice and is not therapy/counseling. You are responsible for your choices and results. Consult licensed professionals for medical/mental health concerns.

Scheduling & cancellations

• Be on time; sessions end as scheduled.

• You may reschedule with ≥24 hours’ notice email contact@tiffanyrochelle.me.

• No-shows or <24h cancellations may be forfeited at our discretion.

7) Refunds & cancellations

Unless a specific product page says otherwise:

• Digital Products & Courses: all sales are final due to instant access.

• Coaching sessions/packages: unused sessions may be rescheduled within the package term; refunds are not guaranteed and are at our sole discretion.

• Memberships/Subscriptions: auto-renew until canceled. Cancel anytime to stop future charges; no pro-rated refunds for partial periods.

8) Community guidelines

We cultivate a kind, constructive, faith-honoring space. No harassment, hate speech, spam, illegal activity, or infringement. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.

9) Intellectual property

All site content, courses, videos, workbooks, trademarks, and logos are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You receive a limited license for personal, non-commercial use. No reproduction, distribution, or derivative works without permission.

10) Testimonials & results

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees. Results vary.

11) Third-party tools & links

We use or link to third-party tools/sites (e.g., payment processors, course platforms). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions.

12) Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue/data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product/service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the claim.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

15) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina (SC), USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Optional arbitration clause: Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Charleston, SC, on an individual basis (no class actions). Judgment may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

16) Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective when posted unless otherwise required by law. Continued use means you accept the changes.
